Launches New Generation Water-Force Microfiber to Support Global Brands’ ESG Strategies

April 28–29, 2026 – Hạ Long Bay, Vietnam – FXPO 2026, the Global Footwear Innovation Summit, was successfully held in Hạ Long Bay, Vietnam. As a premier industry event focused on sustainable materials, smart manufacturing, and global supply chain integration, this year’s FXPO brought together brands, manufacturers, and designers from over 30 countries and regions to explore the future direction of the footwear industry.

As an innovator in the water-force microfiber sector and the only microfiber material supplier invited to attend, LEMONTA Technology showcased its mission — “In the name of water, we create extraordinary leather” — drawing significant attention from global brands. “WaterForce” and “WaterOnly” emerged as the central themes of FXPO 2026.

During the XLaunch New Product Premiere, LEMONTA Technology unveiled two major collections of fully water-force microfiber leather: UltraCover® and UltraFace®. UltraCover® features rainbow microfiber with consistent base and surface color, solving the long-standing industry challenge of footwear leather bases being limited to black, white, and gray, and restoring the full spectrum of color to microfiber leather. UltraFace®, a water-force microfiber suede product with ultra-high color fastness, achieves a major breakthrough in suede coloring technology through a unique water-force fibrillation process and a waterborne polyurethane system developed by Huide Science & Technology, freeing athletic footwear from the persistent issue of suede color bleeding.

At the event, LEMONTA also exhibited its water-force microfiber fabrics and finished products, receiving high recognition from numerous buyers and brands and securing cooperation intentions with several premium brands and tier 2 manufacturers.
